A study among cities in Australia by leveraging NECTAR(IaaS) cloud-based solutions, AURIN(GIS) and tweets

This project aims at building an end-to-end IaaS-based system to harvest unstructured twitter data, GIS (Geography Information) data in parallel, and to perform sentiment analysis to find potential correlations and patterns within them. My work includes data collection using Twitter API and text sentiment analysis; CouchDB database construction and management.
